Week 5 Wearabe Structure Pt 2

Design deveopment

The sculpture formed from the previous week was carefully cut off the chairs and used to dress the manniqiuinn  in a human form, with many different styes.

The Structure once placed onto the manniquinn was paced in many different ways to then create unique designs

Below are different was in which i structured this.

Week 4 Wearable Structure PT1

Demonstration with carol and belkin.

1.  Choose a chair to use, could be any shape size and quantity.
2.  Cover the chair with cling film from top to bottom so the chair/ chairs are protected
3. cover the floor area where we were working so that the floor area is protected
4. Wrap your chair with the chosen material (tights or mutten cloth )
5. Use a bucket/ tray   1pt washable PVA glue to 3pt water and mix it thoroughly
6. Use a brush and paste down all fabric from top to bottom.
7. leave to dry
